We take great satisfaction in announcing our new partners, Nicholas Furlan Di Biase and Ana Luiza Paes Leme dos Reis.
Nicholas joined our Firm in 2015 as an intern, later becoming a lawyer and eventually rising to partnership. Besides a law degree, he holds a masters degree with focus on Corporate Law and Economic Activities from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) and concluded an extension course in finance from COPPEAD/UFRJ. He is the author of numerous articles and the book “A responsabilidade civil do administrador e do gestor por danos ao fundo de investimento” (“The civil liability of administrators and portfolio managers for damages caused to investment funds”).
Ana Luiza joined the Firm in 2021, after working for 7 years at a recognized firm specialized in litigation. She obtained her law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Ana Luiza is the leader of the Firm’s strategic litigation team.
