Our partner Mauricio Moreira Menezes participated in the event “The Judiciary and the Capital Market meet: the Brazilian and Portuguese experiences”, which took place in Lisbon, Portugal.
Mauricio took part in one of the event’s panels, speaking about “The impact of Draft Bill No. 2925 on publicly traded companies and the capital markets” and, at the end, he highlighted the importance of events like this for exchanging experiences, helping to broaden the discussion about the liability of intermediaries in public offerings for the distribution of securities in the Brazilian and international scenarios.
