On Monday, May 6th, the launch of the book “Contencioso dos Fundos de Investimentos” (“Litigation Involving Investment Funds”) was announced at Livraria da Travessa Leblon in Rio de Janeiro.
Our partner Mauricio Moreira Menezes collaborated with the chapter “Legitimidade do Fundo de Investimentos para demandar ressarcimento por danos causados por administradores ou gestores” (“Standing of investment funds to sue administrators and portfolio managers to recover losses”).
