The Firm’s lawyers have experience in alternative dispute resolution, by means of arbitration and mediation. This practice includes:

- Representation before arbitral tribunals in Brazil and abroad, as well as to obtain recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards

The Firm´s lawyers have experience in representing clients in legal actions involving corporate law at all judicial levels, including the highest courts in Brasília, either on appeal or in situations where the these courts have original jurisdiction. Among the matters are disputes over shareholder agreements, annulment of general meeting resolutions, capital increases, right of appraisal, right of oversight, dissolution of companies, distribution of dividends, participation on boards (board of directors, executive board and oversight board), judicial revision of contracts, measures against public authorities (mandamus actions, declaratory suits), urgent relief, reorganization and bankruptcy and recognition/enforcement of foreign court and arbitral awards.
