{"id":2882,"date":"2020-10-07T21:13:15","date_gmt":"2020-10-07T21:13:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/moreiramenezes.com.br\/?p=2882"},"modified":"2020-10-07T21:13:15","modified_gmt":"2020-10-07T21:13:15","slug":"brazilian-securities-and-exchange-commission-cvm-launches-app-for-the-public","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/moreiramenezes.com.br\/en\/brazilian-securities-and-exchange-commission-cvm-launches-app-for-the-public\/","title":{"rendered":"Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) launches app for the public"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">According to CVM, the app was developed in order to bring the public closer to the securities market, allowing a faster, easier and more efficient way to access information disclosed by the market participants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">At first, the app will enable its users to access information regarding authorized market participants (e.g. public-held companies, independent auditors and brokers).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">However, CVM already informed that it is currently analysing other features, including access to information on investment funds, filing and tracking of requests to CVM\u2019s citizens services and remote access to \u201cSistema SEI\u201d (electronic system for Federal Government\u2019s procedures), in order to view and monitor procedures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cCVM Digital\u201d app is available for download on Google Play Store and App Store (Apple).
